This turn-of-the-century home was modernized by reconfiguring a portion of the second floor into a large master bathroom and master closets, a hall bathroom, and laundry. Usable attic space was converted into a guest bedroom and home office. Custom millwork included a built-in desk, bookshelves and a modern fireplace mantle which imparted a fresh, updated feel to this older home.
